I’m a UK-based independent artist with over a decade’s worth of experience in a professional setting, who specialises in 3D modeling and animation, photography, photo retouching and compositing, videography, animation, video editing and graphic design.

We (rimasv) may collect, process and store any information you provide to us via our website’s contact form, direct email, phone calls, text/messaging services, etc. This includes any information you willingly provide to us for of legitimate interest purposes, such as your name, contact details, project descriptions and any other personal or professional information.
2.4 – Who we share your data with
When you provide your information via the contact form – the contents of your submission will be transmitted through our hosting and email provider (this is the case for pretty much every website),where it may be checked by automated filters to detect potential SPAM, then processed and stored by us (rimasv).
Information you provide via other mediums, such as telephone calls, direct email, text, web chat, etc may also be recorded and processed for legitimate interest purposes.
We do not explicitly share the data you provide to us with 3rd parties, but if such a need were to arise (for example: to facilitate client/supplier interactions, help an ongoing project, etc) – we would ask your permission to do so.
We reserve the right to share your information, without permission, with governmental, law enforcement, legal and/or similar institutions if such a need arises (reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, cybercrime, blackmail, harassment, breach of contract, non-payment, etc).
Any data sent to 3rd parties through their services (for example: google analytics, youtube.com watch history and interaction, direct email/phone/text/messaging communications, etc) is processed and stored by the relevant parties and is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
2.5 – How long we retain your data
The information you provide to us (rimasv) is held and archived indefinitely, to be used for our legitimate interest purposes and/or those outlined in section 2.4.
Under the GDPR regulations, individuals may contact us with a desire to have their information removed from our records, with the exception of individuals involved in and/or under investigation for the aforementioned activities in section 2.4.
